Allyson Feltner
Allyson Feltner is a dancer, choreographer, and artist born and raised in San Antonio, Texas. She began her collegiate training at the University of the Arts, where she pursued a BFA in Dance Performance until the university’s closure in 2024. She then transferred to Chapman University and will graduate in May 2026 with a BA in Dance Performance.
Allyson has had the opportunity to perform in a wide range of professional and pre-professional settings, including the ACE Awards, Choreographer’s Cup, World of Dance, Carnival Choreographer’s Ball, Journey Dance Awards, the mL Performance Intensive Showcase, LMNL Anniversary Event, and au.thenticity’s “& when the heart opens.”
Choreography is a central part of Allyson’s artistic identity. She is drawn to creating work that feels honest and musically driven, with an emphasis on uniqueness, dynamics, and emotional clarity. Her process is collaborative, and she values building pieces that challenge dancers while still allowing their individuality to come through.
In the summer, Allyson serves as the assistant director of Love2Dance Camp, where she leads daily programming, develops curriculum, choreographs showcase pieces, and mentors young dancers. She is committed to creating a positive, inclusive space where every student feel seen, challenged, and inspired.
Whether performing, choreographing, or teaching, Allyson is dedicated to continual growth and to creating meaningful, human-centered experiences through dance.
